"Norma was wonderful with my 6 month old puppy, Gus! He’s usually really nervous about grooming, but she was so gentle and patient with him. She took the time to ask what I wanted and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. I love that she only works with one dog at a time. Her setup is super clean and calm, and she does one dog at a time. He came out looking great and totally relaxed. Thank you Norma!"
