What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations made on the same day of the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This policy ensures we can accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What is your latest appointment time?

Our last appointment of the day is scheduled for 4 PM. This allows us sufficient time to provide your pet with the quality service they deserve before closing. If you need assistance outside of regular hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is it my first visit to your salon?

Yes:
Welcome! We’re excited to meet your pet. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. This helps us provide the best possible care.

No:
Welcome back! If your pet has visited us before, we can quickly retrieve their information using the name of the person who previously brought them. This ensures seamless service tailored to past visits.
