"This was my first visit with Norma. My pup is old, diabetic, blind and partially deaf so I was worried about how he would handle the experience with a new person. Norma took him from my arms when I arrived and he didn’t even flinch. I received videos and photos of Bentley during the process to assure me he was handling it well. It had been 3 months since he had been last groomed so I knew there may be some knotting that couldn’t be overcome. She took the time to clip and file his nails, clean his ears, bathe and dry him and then give him a much needed haircut. Then she topped it off with a spritz of perfume and a bow tie.
The service was a little pricey but it was worth it considering the amount of hair he had, and the one-on-one attention and care he received from her. Norma and Chelita’s Grooming is a gem.
